Any calls over the 100 would be charged at $1.85 each. This is really quite affordable for small to medium sized businesses.

How does it all work

When you sign up for a 7 day free trial we will allocate you a telephone number. This phone number can either be a local number or an 800 number. This phone number will be the number that our receptionists actually answer calls from. Once you have your number you will need to tell us what greeting you want us to use when we answer your phones. The greeting can be anything that you want and is not set in stone. You can simply sign in to our admin portal at any time and change your greeting. After this you need to tell us how you want us to deliver the messages to you. Your options are either by email or by text message. Most customers these days opt for the email option as it means that they can get the message on their smart phone regardless of where they are.

It isn't all necessarily about answering the phones. Our system has been custom written by a team of developers with you our customer in mind. If you want us to take messages then that is fine however we can also forward calls through to specific staff members, use a list of phone numbers to find an appropriate person, forward your calls through to your hotel room, your home, your holiday house or wherever else you might be.
