How do I get started?
Go to our signup page and register. During the registration process you will tell us whether you want a local number or maybe an 800 number. We then allocate you a unique phone number for your business. After this you tell us what greeting you would like our receptionists to use when answering your calls and how you want your messages delivered. You then divert your existing telephone number to the number that we have provided. Once that is done you are pretty well ready to go.
How do I get my phone messages
When your customer rings your office number the call is diverted to our system. Our receptionists answer the call with your greeting and take a message from the caller. The receptionist then sends the message to you, either in an email (direct to your smart phone) or in a text message. The whole process takes around 2-3 minutes.
How much does it all cost?
If you decide to go forward after you have tested out our answering service then you will have the option of signing up for a package. Our packages either charge on the basis of a small retainer with a per call charge or a slightly larger retainer that includes a certain number of calls per month. You can change your package at any time. We are very flexible in our approach and will be happy to suggest a package that is suitable for your size of business.
